Pros
It starts with leadership. Jim Peck believes in the company, inspires employees, and lays out his vision with a rare combination of confidence, authenticity and approachability. My experience has been great. The organization and my team treats me like an adult. High standards and goals are set, but I'm trusted to find the best way I can to deliver on them. My team is collaborative, friendly, fair and very results-driven. Because of that, an upgraded facility (which includes standing desks, a gym and a great common area) and the many great people I meet who work in other departments, I really enjoy coming into work. Work-life balance, which can be a loaded term, is actually supported here with great benefits, flexible hours, and generous paid time off. It's a culture that expects a lot from its employees, but realizes they do their best work when they know they can focus on work without feeling like they're neglecting everything else.
Cons
Not many, right now. As with any larger, growing company, complexities are such that sometimes processes hit snags.
