      Pros

      There aren't any really except you work from home which is the new norm anyway.

      Cons

      Too many to list - paid on time so rarely you might want a second job just to pay bills on time. Plays favorites, keeps work for herself and claims there isn't any, just don't apply.

      Always got work/decent pay.

      Overwhelming at times, have to beg for paycheck not paid on time, straight typing.

      Very flexible hours and smaller company which treats contractors well personally, Not just a number. Variety of specialties to work on and lets you choose.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive, but not the highest. Not the lowest either
