      Lifestyle job where the higher ups want to control everything and know little to nothing about tech

      Cons

      - Culture that is high off of previous success - Ton of bloated processes and positions. Management had 0 clue how to run a tech shop effectively and efficiently. Transportation is a low margins business, don't overbloat everything. - All of the talent left when they saw the writing on the wall -

      Pros

      Great work life balance. The commission used to be great until the most recent changes. Now the base is lower than the market and the commission isn't where it should be.

      Cons

      Poor management. Trying to head in the right direction but the constant change and battle from Modaxo makes it a difficult job.
