      Pros

      Great work life balance, things move slow as expected for a gov agency. you feel what you do make an impact for the region.

      Cons

      Too much politics; pay is capped at 3-4% a year; too many incompetent snowflakes; too much focus on EDI and minorities so majorities actually get unfair treatment.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Cons

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
