Pros
Very good pay and alot of overtime. Excellent benefit with CBP. Also comapny contribute Public Service Worker Pension Plan. Every employee equally treat by the operation, good work place cultural, is fun, and has a lot of freedom.
Cons
If you new operator, not much choice to have a good schedule and route of bus. Extremely going by seniority to sign up schedule. Should build-up seniority.
