Work culture - Research Executive TransForm Solution Employee Review

There is partiality in work. Salary is not given as much as it is. Even after 2 years, he is not getting salary increment and is paid hourly in this company. He has given him such a high target monthly that he is not able to complete it. If the target is not completed then the salary has to be cut.
