Pros

Great people and atmosphere. It may all be a joke but damn if they don't really make you feel at home.

Cons

You will be conducting no "marketing" at all. You will be shilling Xfinity to innocent, unsuspecting Walmart customers around the New Jersey and PA area. Each morning you will arrive in Manayunk @ 9:45 to partake in some sales jargon cross-training nonsense to fill a packet. There are no chairs anywhere so get some in-soles. Then for six hours, you will be taken out into the "field" (Walmart) and badger people to get their information on your tablet so you can convert some sales. Full-Time commission only. Your feet will break. Your patience will wear thin. Your sales won't be paid to you until weeks after you have made them. Don't work here. And watch out for any other entry-level marketing schemes. Most are like this.

Pros

They are really great at lying to you

Cons

This place is a SCAM. They went by Mockingbird Executives before this, apparently some other company had their name when they moved to the US from the UK and had to change to TransAtlantic X. All a lie, they've been conducting this pyramid scheme for years in the US. Everything about it is terrible. From working 10 hours Monday through Saturday, to seeing no pay whatsoever for weeks, and the blatant lies they tell you, it's so bad. You go in the morning fatigued from the previous day and have to practice a "sales pitch" aka selling xfinity packages to customers shopping at Walmart. You carpool after the "leader" gives you a stupid inspiration speech and go to a Walmart in the Philly, Delaware, and New Jersey area. For six hours you have to bother people shopping at Walmart to sell xfinity packages. If you don't make a sale, you don't get paid. THEN you have to drive back to the office from the Walmart which is at least a 40 minute drive, report back to your leader and then you can finally go home. My day started at 8 am and I didn't get back home until 10 pm. Mind you I reside 25 minutes away from Manayunk, I live in North Philly. This place is terrible and I can't wait to see it fall apart, change names, and move to a different city.
