      Pros

      They don’t pay drivers. They withhold multiple paychecks under the false pretense that they are waiting for your final settlement. It is illegal to withhold payment for work already completed.

      Cons

      Wage theft, unprofessional dispatchers, very ghetto.

      Pros

      - 2nd chance company - Go OTR rather than anything else. OTR = Prime Inc. Loads. Prime does their jobs right

      Cons

      - Low CPM - Terrible planning outside of OTR - Forced Dispatch - Zip-to-Zip pay - No incentives or bonuses of any kind - No payover unless you sit for over a day without any loads given to you - Too much sitting around
