I work with nice people, but their kindness can’t alleviate the extreme stress.
Cons
Most employees here at Trans-pro Logistics are extremely stressed and drained mainly due to the brutal work hours and exhausting shifts. We have to work overtime most of the time, and we have no choice but to take on more responsibilities as part of our job. The schedules are all over the place!
