- Boring/useless projects/products - Short-sighted / indecisive top management - HR like to micro-manage your personal behaviour and life-style - People in the company are all pretty old fashion / traditional minded (one's might easily get outdated if joining too long) - Strongly believe in chinese feng-shui, everything lead, run and positioned by following the sake of feng-shui (will stick/write/put something weird on your nametag, pc or desk) - Top management / HR will spy/keep an eye on CCTV to see whats everyone doing - Stingy company. You dont expect a team/project lunch/dinner at all. Maybe just a cheap farewell lunch on your last day. Mamak maybe is the best what company can afford. - No team building/no company trips (annual company dinner is the only event what company can provide) - Some top management talks more than do. Basically just talk and bluff anyhow he can, no result! - Non-flexi working hour. You get questioned if you late! - No/limited parking at the company areas. You have to park at the road-side. Not first come first serve basic. You just cant park there because you are new. Risk your car hit by stones and rush in rain. - Risky, company have some "illegal" "entertainment/gaming" business.

-Friendly working enviroment. -Provide security system for staff safety. -Prepared some drinks and snack monthly for staff.

-Need to drive out for lunch or order delivery, no food stall nearby.
