Pros
Never been turned down for a vacation request. Occasionally we get bonuses which is a nice perk. We have medical and dental insurance with the option for vision.
Cons
Quality management promotes people without education. There are a lot of people under qualified for their roles. Have not had a raise in 3 years and will not be enough to make up for the cost of living when it does come.
