Pros

I am no longer working here

Cons

Ever since Denise left things have been a hot mess. The fact that the co owner left should be a big sign, everyone does whatever they want, managers have no idea what is going on in their departments, the systems are out of date. There is no real structure. Managers do not support you because they don’t know what’s going on. It’s a big blame game, no wonder the reviews have continued to go down. I feel like this company will be going under soon and I am happy am gone. I was so stressed and depressed with this work from home position. Good riddance

Thank you for your feedback. We encourage open communication across all levels of business so we value your opinion. Employees are kept aware of what is going on in the company via weekly department meetings as well as the Annual and Quarterly VTO that is emailed to all employees. There is also an open-door policy in place so that employee issues and concerns do not go unheard by management/executive leadership. When employees utilize the open-door policy issues can be proactively addressed before they become larger problem areas. We are aware that not matter how hard we try, we will not be able to make everyone happy. Our 2022 Employee Satisfaction Survey has found that 88% of Trans International Employees are happy at work and 90% would refer job candidates or potential clients to our company. Of course, we will continue to strive to make 100% of TI employees happy at work with perks to make working here an enjoyable experience. So far our employees enjoy a flexible 1st shift work schedule, Work from Home capability, Half-day Fridays, and a casual dress code. Also, Profit Sharing Bonuses were given even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Also worth mentioning, TI's 2021 turnover was the lowest it has been in 5+ years and as a result the greatest number of employees in history participated in profit sharing for 2021 (employees must be employed by TI for at least one year to receive a Profit Sharing Bonus). This company was founded in 1975. Since then, the company has grown and continues to grow. We are excited to see where the future takes us as we continue to move forward "Transforming Freight Audit."

Pros

Flex Scheduling, remote work w/ Company Provided Equipment, awesome coworkers, mindful managers, bonuses, onsite luncheons (if you're close by).

Cons

Fast paced, but if you're a hard worker you'll be ok. Like riding a bike, Once you got it, you got it.

Pros

Family-like culture, woman-owned and operated, located near downtown Menomonee Falls, works closely with the shipping industry.

Cons

Pay was okay at the time but I'm sure it's better now. Nothing inside of the building was updated and all of the computers were old, also the software they use in-house needs an upgrade since it's not the greatest. When I worked here we went through many different management changes and the executives were never transparent about any of the changes.
