      Worklife balance is hard if you work 2nd shift, the senior leadership are manipulative, Little room to advance due to senior leadership being in their role for 20 plus years

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
