Pros

Culture is unmatched. Management is great for flexibility and personal care. Onsite opportunities are there but can be improved more. Work life balance.

Cons

Pay can be improved for most of the positions. Promotions are erratic. Less consideration is given to higher education while joining. Not best pay wise overall but best pay in HVAC

They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
