Pros
Room for improvement/growth. Co workers are great people and field technicians are great to work with. The managers give you a lot of independence and let you accomplish your work without distractions. For the most there is a good work-life balance.
Cons
Current product lines have several glitches and bugs throughout. A the majority of units sent from the factory to the job site are not operational because of various engineering and assembly errors. It appears that products being sent out of the factory are not tested or checked before being shipped. There is poor coordination between departments like controls, service and equipment.
