      Love that people come first are invested in and are supported. Many people have been around 10+ years for good reason.

      Cons

      Lots of change happening at the moment, but that is to be expected in corporate America. Some push to go back in the office a set amount of time if local.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
