      Pros

      Pay, that's literally the only pro.

      Cons

      Work environment, metal in the air, poor ventilation, lazy maintenance, language barriers among leadership, long hours, generally rude coworkers, labor union that takes your money and does absolutely nothing for you, and seniority takes precedent over everything, including personal availability (if someone has seniority, they can bump you to a different shift with practically no notice).

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
