      IR's commitment to continuous improvement and employee engagement have cause the right kinds of change in the past few years. I'm proud to have moved up through the company to a great position with much more room to grow in the future.

      To be successful, you have to be a fast learner and be very engaged or you risk getting in over your head in some jobs.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
