      Pros

      Has very well defined processes no guesswork on how to do your job. Benefits are good. Has a huge safety culture.

      Cons

      Local management (JJ) is terrible cannot relate to the customers and employees everyone sees it. As a salesperson it is very difficult to maintain much-less grow the business (make bonus) due to too many things out of your control.

      Plenty of Holiday pay. Great coworkers and management listen to your concern

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
