Good pay some great people at the plant to work with.

Cons

Lack of opportunity seniority not appreciated. Middle mangers will not take accountability for their work areas. Responsibility is pushed down to the lowest level of the organization.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
