Great fast paced environment, always friendly people. Compensation and benefits are good. Room for advancement. Good Overtime always available.

Cons

Can tend to be micromanaged. A lot of corporate reviews and follow up, but not so much that it is annoying.

Pros

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

Cons

The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
