      Job stability and security. Some projects can be interesting to work with. People are nice with each other. Work life balance can be a challenge at times, especially around project go-lives, etc Few training opportunities available.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, Salary increase not so good. Office culture could be better.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
