Pros
Its a place where people have there comfort. No in and out time. Work from home option available. If you are placed with a higher Salary along with Higher position, you can simply relax. Only people like us i.e. Operational Level people has to work. Fancy designations like Associate Manager are given even to freshers.
Cons
Even though I performed, my Bonus and Increment was proportioned with Company's performance which was low. Even though the Company's in Profit the multiplying factor shows low performance. If you join this place, please join with high Salary so that silly bonus and increment won't effect you.
