-Very good Work-life balance -Good work culture -Initial Package offered is good (depends on your negotiating skill) -Internal movement to different products (hvac,compressor,powertools,pumps,clubcar,material handling) possible based on your Manager -Opportunity to learn for willing & self-starting people
Cons
-Very few onsite opportunities from past 6 years ( used to be very good earlier ) -People who have joined the company never leave, creating no vacancy for fresh & energetic engineers -These 5+,10+ ,15+ & 20+ years people form groups together and influence bad politics and promote undeserving people -Manager powered structure( all depends how well things go with Manager ) -Useless HR team ( they just come to office for entertainment & salary, never really try to develop/improve things)
