      a) Decent package.. b) Friendly environment' c) Work life balance will be good in most of the teams. d) Free snacks like biscuit, bread butter jam, soft drinks will be available in pantry. e) Short term travels will be available.

      Cons

      a) Insurance free for you and your spouse. You need spend extra 25k per year for parents. b) Your growth will be saturated.

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
