      I worked for Ingersoll Rand for 18 years, lots of changes. Work was very varied

      Sometimes felt not valued. Was outsourced and then brought back in house

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
