Pros

learning a new set of skills. They had a lot of employee appreciation events and the benefits were great.

Cons

They were condensing departments and the customer service department was taking on extra responsibilities with no additional compensation. Also some of the trainers for contractors were condescending to the individuals they trained. Which caused a high turnover and wasn't good for moral.
