      Benefits are great. Company contributes 6% matching to 401k. Work is dispatched through the phone/computer. Management is mostly hands off.

      Cons

      Office support is disorganized. Not enough detail is given to know what you are supposed to be doing once you arrive at the site. Managers are out of the office more than they are in the office. Management doesn't respond when you are submitting quotes for approval for days if ever.
