Pros
Trane is a wonderful place to start or elevate a career. Culture is very important, as is employee engagement. Benefits are great, work/life balance is wonderful. I've been here 7 years and haven't found a single reason to doubt senior leadership.
Cons
Haven't found any yet. I came from their largest competitor and everything that caused me to leave is a non issue at Trane.
