Gave a lot of allowances and reimbursements at the time, e.g. internet, wellness, meals, transpo (for on-site events). Salary increases meager, but at appropriate intervals when not promotion-based.

Cons

Difficult work-life balance. Excessive trackers due to permanent WFH setup.

Pros

The benefits here are really good, and the team is made up of professional, reliable people who know what they’re doing.

Cons

The Finance Team is on the smaller side, though it’s slowly expanding. There’s also an activity tracker, which may not be everyone’s preference.
