Great coworkers and projects, but poor leadership communication - Anonymous employee Trailmix Employee Review

The interview went smoothly. The interviewer was very professional, and we discussed a wide range of topics—design, gaming, and industry perspectives, among others. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Colleagues are warm and candid during the onbording period, the team culture is great, and everyone is focused on getting things done.

There’s some technical debt needs to address gradually. Also more ice cream needed in the fridge!!!

Incredibly welcoming and warm company. Everybody makes you feel welcome right away, everyone interacts with you or cheers you on no matter if you’re a new face or if you’ve been here for years. It’s only been good experiences so far and I can’t wait to see how this game studio keeps growing. It’s a very diverse studio ran by a female CEO and has so many women and LGBTQIA+ employees. It’s fantastic to see!

Nothing notable just yet. It is an adjustment to have a 3 day in-office working week, especially if you have to commute a bit further.
