Pros
The best place I've worked. It starts with the people and the culture - everyone at Traild is genuinely invested in the team's success, not just their own. That tone is set at the top, where leaders give their time and attention to people at every level of the company. I'm in the EMEA team and it's 100% the case with our leaders. My colleagues in North America and Australia say the exact same thing about their regions. What stands out most is the ownership and accountability. You are trusted to do your job without being micro-managed, and in return you are expected to deliver. It is a such a refreshing way to work. The company is growing fast, and with that comes moments of chaos. But it is the kind of chaos that comes from building something real - new customers, new markets, new challenges every week. For anyone who wants to be part of a scaling tech business where their work has a visible impact, this is the place.
Cons
None for me personally. That said, it is not for everyone. If you have a very corporate mindset or want to be hand-held, this is not the place. Leadership want to see you take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and get stuck in - regardless of your background or seniority. For the right person that is a massive positive. For the wrong person it would be a challenge.
