      Small company in growth mode enables direct participation in managing & sustaining the growth

      Being a small company a good majority of managements experience is limited to only the company and therefore is somewhat limited

      Owner on a personal level is a decent man, and means well

      Owner influenced by others who are driven by personal feelings and insecurities, personally motivated & not motivated for the team. they are not there for the team
