Upper management has been willing to give a shot to trade desk staff who've had a troubled past and disclosures that may make it difficult to get work elsewhere.

This company experienced a very difficult startup and was forced to find staff willing to accept a low salaries with the promise of future benefit. Unfortunately and mainly due to financial struggles, this company has a past of empty promises to hard-working and talented people at the trade desk manager, FINOP, and CCO positions as well as people working as software developers and systems staff.
