The company markets itself as a trading platform, but it doesn’t do any trading. The real work is focused on bank back-office surveillance systems. The technology stack is very outdated. Most development is done in a proprietary in-house language, which isn’t used anywhere else and lacks modern tooling or libraries. This makes it hard to transition to other roles in mainstream finance or technology later on. Data quality is inconsistent, with frequent missing or incorrect entries in the system.
