Great place to work, great people. Learned a great deal while I was employed with Trader Vic's. Would highly recommend this job for someone seeking to be a banquet manager .

The customers make it fun and the location is beautiful.
Cons
Tip transparency is non-existent. You work private events and have no idea how tips are split, you make drinks all night for servers with no idea if how they tipped out. Management could not care less.
