Pros
Good employees at the non-corporate level. I have met employees from several Tradebe facilities in the northeast and we have great quality people and a good network of customers.
Cons
Horrible management. I can't stress that enough. Over the past few years, I have seen this company systematically destroy a great business. The previous owners understood the simple fact, "When your employees are happy, your customers are happy." Tradebe takes every opportunity to let its employees know that they don't matter, and can be easily replaced. It is unlikely this company will still be in business a few years from now. Turnover is alarming.
