Pros
The only pro I found was being able to work from home 2-3 days out of the week.
Cons
The company did a massive layoff because they are going insolvent due to mishandling of funds within the Accounting Dept. The senior leadership team have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They are extremely toxic towards their employees. Also, they will steal your commissions and bonuses. However, if you enjoy working for a circus a would highly recommend this place.
