      Pros

      Work with some of the newest technology (Angular, RabbitMQ, .Net MVC 4/5, NodeJS). Fast paced and flat management structure. Developers also get to make a majority of the technology decisions.

      Cons

      TradeKing is a growing company who's technology team is really only 2-3 years old so there are still a lot of things that just are not up to snuff.

      Not a great location.. Gotta drive 10+min for good food.

      Pros

      Competitive compensation, Management treats you well, very competent individuals, opportunities for career and personal growth, not micro managed, Can get time off when needed, Very positive atmosphere, Great company culture, Senior management is engaged in all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      The benefits are not bad by any means, however they could be more competitive.
