      Pros

      Good job, decent pay, good flexibility.

      Cons

      Required 3 days in office which isn’t really a con, but you need to average age 3 days a week to “earn” a desk and you can loose your desk if you slip on that average which is awkward.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
