      Steady company that has longevity. Values that allows time off for home life. Good bonus compensation for the entire team.

      No one leaves! Great company, so no one leaves… which makes it harder to get promoted.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
