      A company that lives it missions and Values. A company that continues to grow with great oportunity for advancement. All about Teams and customers.

      Cons

      Staffing can be challenging at times, think we do way to much tasking. We need to try to separate the task flow instead of all at ounce.price cuts,dollar deals,seasonal transitions.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
