Livable pay but poor management and high turnover - Mrchandiser Tractor Supply Employee Review

The company is well rounded and ok to work for however it is the management in the stores that are sourand misuse their power as a SM. They tend to mistreat their team members with so much disrespect. They tend to pick on and or bully anyone they dont like and will make fun of those people to their face. Any time anyone complains to HR the complaints are never heard nothing ever gets done and then they treat you so bad. High expectations from the employees while management just watches and talks down about you And about you.The turn over rate is ridiculous. They hire and won't fire you but will reduce hours until you are forced to quit or move on.
