Great product. Uncapped earnings. Stock. Growth opportunities. Involved leadership. Fast paced. High energy.

The founders are still very involved which can add a level of difficulty. Expectations are very high so this is not the place to be if your biggest concern is PTO or work life balance.

Awesome culture, at least in theory. Everyone's hardworking, intelligent, and interesting. Great if you're an independent self-starter, more senior in your career, and just love building things. Company is growing really fast. Solid benefits. Good pay. Remote work.

Haphazard management without much structured communication or feedback. Very easy to feel like you're siloed on your own project with no support. Responses from management were brief and infrequent. I had to write my own Jira tickets and plan projects with almost complete self-direction as a relatively junior engineer, which in itself is fine, but I never received any sort of performance review or feedback to know if I was in alignment with management's goals.
