Pros
Working outdoors, learning and teaching skills.
Cons
I've worked with Trackers for years off and on. Their whole mentality is to treat employees like they are lucky to be there. The reality is far from that. The higher management staff are bribed into reluctantly coming back until they can't stand it anymore. This trickles down to lower management, who usually changes every single year. There is a strong cult mentality that favors unexperienced, trainable new people that can be groomed, over current employees that have showed skill and grit. It really seems like they don't care about their employees at all, which is alarming considering we are working with children. A few years ago we had a bus driver with no valid CDL who admitted he was on suboxone for fentanyl addiction. I'm pretty sure you all know who he is but I'm not going to name names.
