Projects have fast turnaround time, so you will never get stuck on a single project for a long time.

It can be stressful at times as it is a very fast-paced and demanding environment. Great quality of work is always demanded, and everyone is expected to be constantly improving and growing.

Close knit environment where help is easily obtained. Massive variety of work from all parts of the industry so there's always something new. And sometimes we get donuts.

I don't really have a serious con but as far as the rooms temperatue goes, it's either Hoth or Mordor. Also if you just want big blockbuster movies, we get a few but not a lot.
