Glassdoor has a rigorous content review process to screen out false reviews. It's unfortunate that you chose to make an accusation about the HR team, since we are proud of our high standard of integrity and honesty. If you have questions or concerns, please stop by as my "door" is always open, or speak with anyone else on the HR team.
Regarding your feedback, there is always room for improvement at any Company -- and TraceLink is no exception. It's important to hold a mirror up to ourselves and be mindful of our words and actions, and how this may be perceived by others. While we are not aware of the issues you described, we'd appreciate it you spoke with your manager or HR about your experiences, so we could troubleshoot effectively. However, I respect that you may not feel comfortable doing so and, again, am sorry that you have not had a great experience.
