We are sorry that you feel frustrated in your past employment with Trace3. As it would be for any of our teammates, if you were unhappy or unsure of the company's direction or any of its executives, our guidance is to start by having an open, honest, and collaborative conversation with your direct supervisor or other members of management. Trace3 is hyper-aware that our community is what makes us unique and we work hard to make sure that members do not feel like just a number or cog within the company. We encourage teammate spotlights across the company, highlight wins/successes, and are reminded by the leadership team to continually lift others during tough times. We are disheartened that you did not have the best experience, but we wish you only the best in your future endeavors.
