Pros
Great Friendly Atmosphere, Good scope to progress, learn, grow, helpful managers and peers that will point you in the right direction until you get the hang of the process and the native pipeline.
Cons
1) Name-sake of a "Canteen", vendors change but the food quality remains pathetic. 2) Absolutely 0% work-life balance, lots of work-a-holics out there imposing their ideas and ethics, expecting you to extend till you're drained completely. Nice way to lose weight through stress. 3) Progressive pipeline, lots to develop and improve. Nothing within the process is fixed, solutions are addressed only when the problems arise, nothing structured and planned beforehand. 4) Not everyone within the hierarchy abides by the rules laid out and still gets away with it. Bulk hiring too many un-necessary individuals, lacking caliber, with minimal filters. 5) Unsatisfactory Pay. Fresher artists earn more than what i was offered here. 6) Rotational Shifts every two weeks, where your body clock messes up so bad, by the time you adjust to one shift the timings flip to another shift which makes you lethargic, affecting your performance, punctuality and a takes a toll on your health.
