Pros

Micro Management, of ypublole to be told when you can get water, converse about job related tasks with co workers and have someone track your bathroom breaks this is the place for you!

Cons

No flexible scheduling, micro management, new leadership and the next owner of the company only care about efficiency numbers but not how to get the job done..tha5. Being said the phrase " perception is reality" gets used alot to shut down any activities management doesn't like. Next owner of the company does not know much about Machining either

Pros

The atmosphere is pretty laid-back for the most part. The gain share checks are good when we get it but it's hit or miss depending on the Economy.

Cons

Bull headed management. The top executives take half the share from the gain share plus they get gain share from all the other companies so the entire workforce has to split the rest of the amongst themselves leaving only the crumbs behind.
